Bush Presidential Dollar

Last week I posted my complete folder of the Presidential Dollars. Bush was not in there but I just added him. I only took one of his coin as the P and D both look alike. The only difference is the mint mark on the edge. Lol

Congrats on completing the set. As I posted in the other thread, it's kind annoying that the mint made it inconvenient for people like me to complete the set in proof but c'est la vie. Glad to see you polished it off!

 

Yeah…. That really messes with my ADD or whatever you call it…. My whole set is P, D and proof….. All except George H…. Bugs the dickens out of me.

Thanks Randy and I feel i must inform you his name is Bush, not Bugs. Bugs was a cartoon rabbit that cracked me up all the time. LOL. I just had to say that. Yeah, I didn’t do the proofs but what the mint did is a shame.

We collect for fun. A hundred years from now, someone else will decide if our stuff is worth anything. I'm sure my stuff will not be worth the fun I'm having assembling it.

 

I do enjoy the fun of the hunt, the fun of putting something together and the joy of sharing it all, even if it is a modern Presidential set of coins.

 

Everyone who is upset about no George Bush proof should post their feelings all across social media. We should then get a law firm to handle a class action suit against the mint. It may end up with tens of thousands of people joining to take part. Just joking, but it really is upsetting to me.

 

Actually, there was a reverse proof made for The Coin and Chronicles set but the price of it was super outrageous. Guess what idiot bought one?
