I've never heard of a Bunny quarter" but there is a Franklin Half die clash called a "Bugs Bunny".

ye i agree about the pictures too but the seller has some good feedback 100% in 8222 auctions which i dont think he'd risk over a $15 coin

 

Pictures look more like scrapes on the bust than a die clash like the one that caused the "teeth" on the Franklin halves.
