I would rather buy coins in bulk than separately in bulk I usually get them a few cents a piece (depending on the coins). what do you think bulk or individually?
Many collectors do that, then they search through the coins, pick out the ones they want and either sell or spend the rest. If that's what they like - works for me Personally, I have always preferred to pick coins one at a time always looking for that "something" that makes them special. I was never one to buy a coin just to fill a slot or hole in an album - haven't tried to fill an album in over 40 yrs, not since I was a kid. But that's because it's not the set that's important to me - it's the individual coins.
