buffalo rpm?

i have had this nickel a few year and knew or at least thought it was an rpm but not sure especially since there are several listed in cpg non look quite like this one . thanks for your time and knowledge

i have had this nickel several years and thought it was a rpm but wasnt sure especially since there are at least 5 rpms in cpg for the 1938 d buffalo and this one doesnt look like any of them . hoping some of the experts will let me know what they think . thanks
