That 36 is not XF (or its a really crappy photo). The 37 seems kind of better but there is a cleaning issue.

I think you can get a much nicer later date buffalo that you will love to look at for just a few more bucks. I would hold off and save up another 5 or 10 bucks. You won't regret it down the road.

Are you looking to fill a hole in a type set or for those specific years?

If it is for a type set I would suggest finding a coin at a shop or show where you can see the coin in person before purchasing. If it is for those specific years then buy them if you would be happy with them.

Do a search for AU UNC MS or BU with lowest price first in this link.
    http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=&_sacat=11954&_odkw=au&LH_BIN=1&_osacat=11954

FOR EXAMPLE: This is an acceptable coin in my opinion doing the search but I think with some patience, you can even do better.

Your third option looks like a very weakly struck coin or late die state example with no luster. It won't jump out and grab ya, but it will fit in a hole.

Watch for hidden gouges and scratches on Buffs, they blend in with the detail pretty easily.

I think for the money you can do a lot better if you stay away from ebay. The first two aren't worth buying, and the last one seems a bit overpriced. I love how you can't list a coin's grade in the description, but if it happens to be in the photo, it's O.K.

I see some very nice 1938-D buffs on eBay ;)
