budget binge

    picked up several coins on a recent binge...here are the budget coins.

    always wanted one of these, just picked this one up because i already had the shipping payed for with another coin i purchased...10 buck, so what the heck.

    Nice coins, especially the Byzantines. I've been getting really attracted to them as of recently, but to the earlier issues (490s to 700 AD).

    Coincidentally, I picked-up a Judea Prutah last month (it was smokin' hot outside, so I was a sucka for the cool umbrella and the barley-n-hops!!

    As a coincidence, I just posted the other barley type in my Pontius Pilate thread where I mentioned the existence of this one. Be sure to post your opinions either here or there on the reasoning behind the difference in the barley representations.
