Hi everyone. I purchased a bag of BU 2004 Wisconsin State Quarters this week (unopened mint bag) and have been working my way through them. The reverse of this one stood out because it had such a flat color unlike any of the other coins. It is not cameo or anything like that... It's very dull looking. The other quarters weighed in @ 5.66 on my scale, this one weighed 5.63. Improperly Annealed?
