Broken rim? Lol

    Can anyone tell me the correct term for the "broken" "pitted" " cracked" im not sure what to call it, feature going around the circumference of this 1994 p quarter? Assuming its not ddd.....thank you gentlemen!!!

    Not DDD
    It is a slight Misaligned Die Strike. Because of the Misalignment it caused a Higher than normal pressure strike which created a Finned Rim. Due to circulation the finning wore away and folded over a bit.
