Broken 1890 Indy cent LOOK!

    I love this thing. I didnt even know i owned it untill to day when i dug around a bottle of indys i have. At first i picked it up and thought this poor thing, then i took a closer look. Needless to say im happy. notice how the strike goes right into the large missing corner.

    Look's like it has been cleaned at 1 time. Is the true color purple? Lamination Error also.

    I dont know about the color. That could be from the scan. It dosnt look that color in real life. I do know that I havent droped a penny in the jar it was in, in about 10 years if not longer.

    Quite an interesting coin you've got there. Looks like a lamination piece came off some time in the minting process. I like it.
