That looks to be a struck through die cap. http://www.lincolncentresource.com/Errors/Struck_Through_Die_Cap.html A brockage looks more like this: http://www.lincolncentresource.com/Errors/Brockage.html That being said, cool find, but not worth grading. Check ebay sales. @paddyman98 correct me if I'm wrong. EDIT: Nevermind, I think I stand corrected: http://www.error-ref.com/?s=brockage
If the error and the value of the error coin is known, it's not really worth grading, unless you have a personal/ set collection that requires this. I don't know what it is worth or what you paid for it. But let's say it's worth $50 and you paid $10 for it. Now you have it graded and slabbed and you have $40 into it. If you never plan on selling it, OK, it's nice documentation. But if you are planning on selling it, an error collector knows what it is, does not require the slab, and now you are making a $40 profit instead of a $10 profit. It's a very interesting coin, but not everything needs to be slabbed. It's easier for someone to examine the coin in hand, than in a slab.
