This 1974 no mint quarter has a lot of partial lettering/numbering I can not make out. It first caught my eye because it sounded like silver clinking on the table or other coins. So i weighed it and its way under at 5.50G. Sorry my photo machine is not the best 20210103_225624.jpg 20210104_230232.jpg 20210104_215344~2.jpg 20210104_224029.jpg

This is not a brockage . A Brockage is : A brockage is an incuse, mirror-image version of the design. It is produced when a coin is struck into a planchet or another coin.

    DEFDAM - Definitely Damaged.
Damage to the edge. Worn Obverse. Not silver because you can see rhe copper core on the edge shot.

The 3rd photo was the worst but best photo i was able to get, of some of what shows from the coin it was struck on.

There is a whole lot but im unable to see the coin in whole under magnification to be able to piece the lettering and numbers together to figure out what coin it was struck on.
