British Threepence 1940 Die Crack?

    A die crack would be raised not incused.
    A die crack is on the die itself. So when it strikes the Blank Planchet the metal flows into the crack.

    What it might be is a Strike Through.

    Or just a scratch or gouge.

    Agree with @paddyman98 There is a chance it could be a strikethrough, but damage is possibility. I can't say for certain
