First I apologize since this is not a coin, but it has been in my collection for weeks and I can not find anything out about it. It appears to me to be a Bronze token or ingot from the British Royal mint. But I can not find it anywhere nor the value or even why it was minted, any help would be greatly appreciated? Thats a British Royal Mint 1977 Proof Set Insignia/medal (Don't know what they are actually calledhya that accompanied the sets. Notice it on the top of the attached image. Hope this helps
Regarding its value I have got no idea but my guess is that they are not worth much out of the cracked mint sets.
