Nice coin. I wish the issue of WWI was emphasized more here in the US considering we still live with the consequences of that terrible war.
I have a couple of "death" pennies that I have picked up over time, one of them was issued to a family in Oregon for their son that was an American serving in the British army. They really are enigmatic pieces, because they were pretty unpopular when they were made in 1918-9 and often times family members discarded them.
