    Picked this up today. I havent done much with British coins in a few years but this one had nice eye appeal for me. Any thoughts on the grade for this one?

    Don't have a guess on the grade, but it looks quite nice.
    I like the older colonial stuff.
    It's a lot uglier than your coin, but here's William IV on a 1/4 Guilder from British Guiana. I wonder why his name is in Latin on this one but in English on yours from one year earlier... British Guiana 1:4 Guilder 1836 William IV copy.jpeg

    Nice coin. I would guess low AU. Although I wonder if the TPGs might say it's been cleaned.
