    These notes were printed for use by the British forces occupying Berlin. When they were deemed obsolete in the 1980s, the Ministry of Defence sold all their remaining stock of notes (some 17 tons of notes) in a single lot auction. They have been dispersed onto the market since then. The two varieties of each note were printed by different printers. Value for the entire group is $2-3.00.
