    First, Hi again to Spock.
Next: They are very brave, I wonder what Ebay is doing about her? Since there is nothing fake about the posting, I give her a lot of credit.

I have bought from "Numismatic Bureau" in the past. I can't remember exactly what was wrong with the coin or coins, but I seem to remember it concerning quality as opposed to what was advertised. Nevertheless, I have made a mental note to pass on them when I see one of their auctions.

I have also bought from them. It was one of those Fort Knox banks full of coins. It's kinda funny, they said in the auction that the banks were, "chock full" of coins, but those banks looked a lot bigger in the picture. I was able to hold all the coins that I got in one hand. and about 3 quarters of the coins were worthless wheaties. So I left negative feedback, and got an email from him asking why I didn't contact him so we could resolve the problem. So, I withdrew my feedback, and he sent me some more coins. This time, I got about the same amount of coins, but there were much fewer pennies. I think I got a franklin half, and some buffaloes with readable dates, a few mercury dimes, and of course some wheaties. I decided I had had enough, and gave him the positive feedback that he wanted, but I don't think I'll buy from him again. I hadn't thought about how much positive feedback means to those kind of guys. It can really give you some bargaining power. I would like to add though, that I had a rather pleasant experience with another seller, I think it was ikedollardeals. It was another coin lot, but I think I did pretty well. I got a 1970 proof set, a proof Bicentenial quarter that I am still trying to see if it is clad or not, some mercury dimes, a couple indian head pennies, some buffaloes, and of course some wheaties. But still, I think it was a much better buy than the other one.

I noticed that she has a total of 6 of these currently running on eBay! It is sad, that sometimes good people have to go to extremes to get the word out when eBay will not take any action against these Sellers. It is a high probability that eBay will eventually pull these "Information" auctions but who knows, may be they will see it as an out for them where people want some action taken but they cannot (due to their' own rules) do so.

Looks like you were one of the lucky ones then, if it was ikedollardeals.

It pays to read between the lines on seller's positive feedbacks too,
as some will leave a positive, but their comments suggest otherwise.

Indian head was very lucky, the seller was bounced from Ebay!
    Very lucky indeed.
