I have heard that there are some cent pieces that are brass plated by accident in the 83,85-D,97,98 years. I also heard you can tell by yellowish tint. Is there a way to tell for sure besides yellowish tint? This 98 17210173014589.jpg one has a little bit of yellow to it but hard to capture in picture Thanks again

Looks like a normal 1998 cent to me. Zinc coated with copper, fingerprints, stained a few bag marks, plating issues and a wee bit of toning. All normal issues.
