Just had my 18th anniversary, where the gift is porcelain. Wife had ordered, then cancelled shortly thereafter this spectacular specimen of, of, well, you may fill in the blank. There was some back and forth with a representative, wife thought order was cancelled, when it arrived, they agreed to credit the purchase price and told wife to just keep it. It appears to be a genuine P IHC in at least with a grade of at least VG 10. They only show the back. Also, why is it a one cent and a Buffalo Nickel Heirloom Stein? Something seems off. Thoughts?
I believe that this company did a series of steins each had a coin from that time period. And I actually had a friend collector whom passed 3 years ago. His ashes were placed in one of the buffalo steins...as well his garden. Two things in life that he loved to talk about buffalo nickels...and his garden.
A dear Uncle (who was Danish) turned me on to these things when I was but a wee lad. Sadly, most of 'em ain't worth a brass farthing. https://www.dphtrading.com/items/co...bing-and-grondahl-christmas-plates-all-kinds/
Very nice looking. Bradford is a company that is overpriced but produces things that people buy and they are promoted well enough that you think it’s a good deal.
A few years ago, my son bought a decanter bottle shaped like an 1804 silver dollar. They're not worth much, but interesting to have. Here's one on E-bay.....https://www.ebay.com/itm/176404369631
