Bought this coin from my LCS, what is it?

So I recently bought this coin out of the foreign bin from the LCS for 25 cents.

It seems to be copper, and has fire damage as well as corrosion.

One side says "SPIEL MARKEN"

The other side has a bust, and some wording that I can't read from damage, though it does say 'FRANZO"

Spiel Marken means game token or play token in German.

It is play money from Germany. "Spiel Marken" means "play money" or "game token" in German.

 

There are a lot of different types. I believe there are some references but don't know of any off hand. Interesting of exonumia /numismatics. Probably not worth much in that condition, but if you dig around and learn something about Spiel Marks (look up Jeton Tokens as well), your quarter will be very well spent

 

The text around the portrait is, or was , "KOENIG DER FRANZOSEN" (King of the French). Similar ones have a reference to king Louis Philippe; well, this one does not. Probably a Lauer token (from Nürnberg) - here is one that even says LAUER at the bottom ...
