The day before we left Japan, I dragged my second daughter along to a coin shop near our hotel in Asakusa and bought 3 coins with our soon to be superfluous yen bills. I don't know how pricing compares to the US but in total it was a little over $20 US. Partly it's just fun to see how dealers in other countries organize their wares. I love the little stamps Japanese coin shops use for each Emperor's name. China Northern Song Yuanfu 1098-1100 China Northern Song Xining 1067-1085 Korea Gwangmu 1 Chon 1906
