    The 1999 is in a late die state so the first is washed out. Pretty common appearance with the squeeze method. Extra thickness on the outer devices. 2003 is the year that has me suspicious. 2000 has a DDO where devices are thicker but also distorted. And that’s the tell. Distortion.
