Got this one for the nice looking bust of the stoic emperor, with a bonus of gold toning which was not apparent on the seller's photo. I know there are certainly better ones out there, but this coin in particular really 'called' me!

    Marcus Aurelius

Obv- Laureate bust of Marcus Aurelius right "M ANTONINVS AVG TR P XXVI"
Rev- Roma seated left, holding victory and a spear, shield to her side. "IMP VI COS III"

Please share your coins you solely bought for the portrait or your MA coins!

Nice coin. I bought mine for the portrait too. It was one of the first ancients I got.

As with @Mat and @JayAg47 . . . I chose my example for the portrait as well!
