I have a few family members that have asked what I want for Christmas, I don't think having them purchase bills would be the best idea. I decided that books would be the safest bet.

I would be interested in hearing any suggestions as to titles I should tell them. I have listed a few below that I am looking at, feel free to add/subtract to/from the list-

(At this point I only own "Standard Catalog of United States Paper Money" by Cuhaj)

Standard Catalog Of U.S. Obsolete Bank Notes ($159)

    NATIONAL BANK NOTES ($75)

100 Greatest American Currency Notes ($23)

    Obsolete Paper Money ($51)

  3. Last Christmas my mom got me the Krause catalog of current world notes. That is one heavy book! Highly recommended, if you collect world notes. I have one of the other three volumes on my list for this year. I'll let her pick if she chooses to go that route :)
