I'm 4 coins short of a complete set 09s-vdb, 09s, 14d and 31s. I haven't seen many nice coins at auction yet but I'm patient. However I have hundreds (400+) just waiting to be searched. Is there a book that deals with all Lincoln Varieties 1909 to as close to present as possible? Does it have color pictures and is it expensive? Any help would be appreciated..........
That book would be called looking through Lincoln cents by Charles D. Daughtrey I have this book and look at it all the time a must buy in my opinion. Bruce.
I have that book as well and it is a great reference and Charles Daughtrey's site has 2,042 Die varieties listed to date with 11,233 photos. The book and site make a great combination for Lincoln cent information.
