That's arguably the most extensive listing of Kushan coins compiled to date, but of course its plagued by the same ambiguities that most works on the Kushans are. Plus, of course, you have the issues we've discussed earlier with Göbl's scholarship.
Actually I have seen some good Iranian books on Central Asian coins. I cannot read it so haven't gotten them, but I do think you have some very good local resources there as well for these. Check with a library or try to find a coin collecting group locally and see what resources they know about.
