The Blue Ikes includes the blue envelope, both insert cards, and each silver Eisenhower dollar coin is still in its sealed cello package with the blue Mint chip. The envelopes are crisp with no rips or tears. The Brown Ikes includes the brown cover and jacket along with the red insert, and each proof silver Eisenhower are sealed in their original US Mint plastic case. The brown cover and jackets are crisp.
