Blind Liberty

Just a common Peace Dollar but is this what is known as Blind Liberty? I’ve seen and handled a lot of Peace Dollars and I’ve also handled a large number of coins in general. I’ve never seen a coin where Lady Liberty was hit so perfectly in the eye as this coin was. I know it’s 100% damaged and it’s only worth melt value but a perfect hit in the eye is unusual.
