Blank planchet?

Is this a blank planchet error, and if so how much would it be worth?

Looks like it. About $5.00 retail.

 

What does it weigh? And what us the diameter?
There is not an upset rim so if everything checks out it would be a type 1

 

Show both sides. And the edge. If a real Blank $3.00 tops.

 

If it doesn't weigh 3.1 grams,
it's a slug.

Based on the photos only, it
doesn't look like a cent Type 1
blank.

 

It's hard, nay impossible, to tell anything with blurry and out of focus pictures.
