Blank or Planchet?

    I found this in a bag of wheat cents I've had for way too long.
    There does not seem to have a lip on the edge. It's toning and has some red and blue on it.

    The scans are a lot darker than the real coin.

    Planchet. It has a rim. A blank is flat with no rim.
