blank large cent planchet

    a coin shop is selling one for $32 and i like large cents and errors so i really want it.

    Wow that makes me wonder if the 2 cent blank that was offered to me was real or not. A small time dealer wanted $8 for it, I didn't know him and there were no scales available at the time. Maybe I should of gambled on it...

    I wouldn't pay very much unless the blank planchet could be authenticated. It wouldn't be terribly difficult to make one.
