Birthday Notes Help?

    Are these birthday notes?
    Serial numbers: 17972403
    Serial numbers: 19070029

    For the first one I'd guess 1797/24/03
    Second one would be: 1907/2/9

    Any guesses on value too?

    Haha, it's fun too look up that date and add "Wikipedia" too see everything that has occurred on that date :p

    That $5 star is definitely a keeper. That's a key series star and in Gem condition dealers are selling for around $100. Those are hard to find. Nice catch.
