Bicentennial Quarter error? I was going through some 1975 mint sets and noticed several of the quarters with the Bicentennial reverse have what looks like some kind of a strike trough which wiped out the top of the drum in the front. I tried to upload a close up of the drum but it keeps telling me my jpeg is an invalid file.... Has anyone seen one of these before and might know if this is common. I have 4 of the 5 mint sets have it! Thanks, David P.S. I was able to up load the close up, has anyone ever seen/heard of this? Is it a strike through or some kind of damaged die?
