better of with wisconsin error coin than buffalo nickle?

    so when i found out that my dad's buffalo coins was welded and counts s damaged goods from key chain i decided that i would do some research and find out how much is the wisconsin misprint.

    2004-D Wisconsin State Quarter With Extra Leaf. There are 2 varieties of this error - the "High Leaf" and the "Low Leaf". In the image below the "High Leaf" error is illustrated (poorly) by the blue line, and the "Low Leaf" with the green line. For more info and images check the links below.

    Depends on the date of the Buffalo but if it is a damaged common date than the error quarter will be worth quite more than the nickel.

    And the makers of coin jewelry/key chains/belt buckles don't use high dollar rare coins to make their items - They use common date circulated coins that don't cost very much so they can make their profit margins.

    and my cousin is an expert on wheat pennys, coins, and more, and he said it could be worth up to 300 dollars usd.

    How many variety do you want for Wisconsin .

    Right - if you look at the reverse and there is a left wheat stalk and a right wheat stalk then it's a wheat cent - NOT wheat pennys - plus it would be pennies! I think you would learn more spelling here on CT than you do at your home schooling - just a thought!
