Do all you can to keep the temperatures consistent so that condensation does not form in slabs. Moisture can be deadly for copper, and few spots can cost you dearly. If you keep them in a bank vault, make sure that the bank maintains even temperatures, and it’s best to avoid outside walls if it’s in an area that gets cold in the winter.

That depends on the bank. Ya see, some banks install humidifiers in SDB vaults. They do this because most of what is stored in there are papers and valuable documents and paper requires a given amount of moisture in the air for optimum storage. Granted, that moisture can be counteracted to a degree by using silica gel packs, but you may have to check them and replace more often that you would under different circumstances.

If it were me I would take one more step beyond what you suggest. I'd also use a suitably sized Tupperware container and put everything, including the silica gel packs, inside it.
