I have used USPS, FedEx and UPS to ship coins. I think all three have their place. One thing I have noticed with my USPS corporate account for express recently. If you do not get the coins to the PO by the deadline for next day delivery, you have a fairly good chance they will not get there next day. Hence a complaint on the USPS express shipping; a number of times, I have gotten the express to the PO by the time the evening mail goes out, but there is no tracking for 24 hours, and it ends up a two day delivery. With all the technology available for these shipments this is kind of surprising that they are not as on the ball as the other delivery systems. And usually, the USPS people cannot help get updated information for parcels unless they get scanned in. Going from the Northeast to PCGS or NGC should not be that difficult to track.
