I was thinking about getting a USB microscope for taking pictures of my coins with. would i have to get something pretty expensive to do that? or is there a resonablly priced camera that will work as good? There is some microscopes on ebay that look pretty good but im not sure. i figure most the pictues i post are in the error section so this would be the best place for advice for this topic,
There have been a few discussions here about different kinds of microscopes, and if you search the archives you will probably find them. However, you need to be aware that a microscope will not take the place of a camera when full-coin photos are needed for most denominations larger than a cent or a dime. Chris
