    Hello,
Looking to get some info on the quality, and value of this 1982 D dime. The pictures does this thing no justice.
    Thanks

It doesn't have a specific market price. It's basically whatever someone pays for it. I wouldn't call it the best, but it's a nice toned coin. I would probably just keep it.

Tough to tell from the pictures.

It's a very nice one but to get top dollar these need to have Full Bands and be MS-67. Even if this coin can get the coveted "MS-67" grade (it probably has a shot) the picture suggests it is not FB.

There's almost no demand at all so even the scarce MS-65's and MS-67's just don't command very large premiums.

without grading and if sold on ebay, $2.50-$5.00, maybe a bit more.
MS67 PCGS, could sell for $35-$80 ish. probably more if FB also. it's a high bar to meet though....

A collector needing that date to fill their collection out, might pay a premium, but I wouldn't. What's its value? Ten cents to me.

As I filled out my clad dimes CRH about 5 years ago, I finally gave up on a nice 1978 D. Popped the whole 50 cents at the next monthly show for one about MS65
The 1982 was easy in circulation for MS65
