I collect overstruck coin and this stumped me. I did some homework but would like second opinions. I believe is Spanish Netherlands Brabant 1713 (?) 1 liard overstruck over older 1 oord. Bent unfortunately... Any history behind this?

I would tend to agree with your attributions. It was not at all unusual in the low countries to reuse flans. This period was turbulent for the region, and mints were run for profit by subcontractor mintmasters - thusly, the savings from reusing flans to fulfil royal edicts would churn greater profit, and generally not be noticed in the chaotic monetary landscape of the Benelux region during this period.
