It is silver and 11.8mm , but I am not sure if it is Bela III.

Reverse is upside down. It is indeed a Denar of Bela III, specifically:

    Thank you both!
Quant.Geeek, do you know what does the reverse represent?

Here is what Huzar says about the coin:

In the middle on horizontal bar points above it, cross between two circles and two stars, including wedges with dots, below half moon between two circles...

I have to get back to you for a specific attribution once I ask my Hungarian Numismatic friend...

    Thanks,

    I am curious to know...
I have to notice though, that the reverse on the drawing you showed, doesnt match my coins reverse. Square beneath the cross in my coin has criss cross lines; the two stars have distinct core, with straight lines pointing from it; "wedges with dots" look more like people holding hands on the reverse of my coin.

At the end of the day, these are medieval coins and hence we are at the mercy of the die cutters. Furthermore, neither Huszar nor Unger go in die variations in their books. Other than that, there really isn't much of a difference between the line drawings and your coin:

Talked to my Hungarian friend and he indicated that most numismatists assume it is a castle or city without any specific attribution. The best you can get is what was indicated by Huzar...
