I am somewhat new to coin collecting, been doing it for about two years now. Just really doing Peace Dollars. I want to get into submitting coins to NGC. I was told by some folks that it could be good to get with a coin dealer, or someone that buys/sells coins and piggy-back off of them when they submit. This can help reduce costs for both sides. I live in White Marsh, MD. and was wondering if anyone here knows of a business that would help with this?

Go to a pawn shop . It is most likely to find coins there .

If you join the ANA, you can send coins to NGC for grading without having to join NGC. You will still pay grading fees. Just an option.

The $150 NGC membership is their best option, you get a $150 grading credit to go along with it so really joining was free

This is my first collection 33 years ago. British Virgin Island $20 dollar coin. I surely overpaid for this subscription and now I have 80 of them. Now I'm only focusing on U.S. Denomination coins. These coins will go away for another 30+ years.
    Happy Collecting

A pawn shop also is a good place to get stuck with counterfeits and cleaned coins that won’t get graded.
