Before I throw it in the PMD bucket...

Does this look like PMD to you guys? Since I'm still fairly new I figured I would check with the experts before tossing it! I'm also curious as to what could have caused this, so I can use this knowledge for future coins as well.

EDIT: I should also add that the coin is slightly concave as well, it doesn't really show it that well in the photos though.

PMD. It may have gotten stuck in the fin of a commercial clothes dryer for a while.
