My future mother-in-law was in the hospital and I was on eBay getting deals.

Got a bunch of Franklin's and some silver rounds almost at spot.

After the days at the hospital we hit up a pawnshop and I got some 1700's silver Australian coins at spot, when it was under $23.

Also, I hit up a shop I have never been to and they had (32) Halves, quarters, and a silver 1971-s Ike.

Overall, surgery went well and I got a bunch of silver at spot. Im pretty happy. Now I will resume thread posting and catch up on what I missed.

Nice job, finding silver at spot is quite the accomplishment with the way premiums are right now. Not to mention I'd think ANY coin from the 1700's (with readable date) would probably fetch a premium, at least on ebay.

Congrats as well on the successful surgery.

Thanks, I have figured out the deal with shops. They sell coins over spot, mostly double. They were selling (32) %40 Kennedy's for $220. No way. If coins sit long enough then they will sell it at spot. Im waiting a week until I go back and get the charlie brown comm. 1 oz round at spot.
