Well as I am bored, the Mrs is away and I dont have a kitchen I need something to do so I have been buying some cents for my collection I bought these today from our resident cents man Arizona Jack (Many Thanks Jack :thumb: ) 1910 VF-20 #B-148 1915-D VF-25 #B-211 1929-D VF-35 #1414 1929-S VF-35 #S-040 1930-S XF #B-206 1945-D CH-BU #B-204 1945-S GEM -BU #B175 1946-S CH-BU #B-173 1948-D CH-BU #B-177 1949-D CH-BU #B-178 1955-S CH-BU #B-205 Then I decided heck I want more so I bought some 370 from a guy on ebay (In the UK) so I can have fun sorting them and looking for any years or mint marks that I might need then I saw a few more LOL and bought them cus they looked shiney Not cleaned I hasten to add, about 20 or so there and then I spotted he had a few more US so bought them as well LOL 14 more cents (One looks in bad condition) 4 Nickles and 5 Dimes Dont expect to find anything earth shattering but the lot cost me less than what the face value would be if I converted it from $ to £ Also decided that it might be a good idea to start putting them in a album LOL so I have a few spare pages for one of my Numis albums but not enough so have added another of those to the collection Will let you know if I do find anything nice though
Nope not as yet, I only bought them today and as Jack lives in the US and I live in the UK LOL same goes for the others all bought today along with a few medievil hammerd and some world paper
Thanks DeOrc !!! Your my 1st international order, well off the continent at least. I appreciate both the shameless plug and the business
Shameless plug were LOL oh i forgot to mention that Jack woudnt take any shipping from me either as he put it 'Free shipping for CT members'
Hi, i just wondered about your opinion on copper melting effecting mintages. Even with anti melting laws, do you see a big increase in wheat cent pricing in the future?
I would assume that if copper becomes scarce then the price will rise, but I can melt as many as I want LOL (Not that I would)
