    That's not even close to full steps.
    Sending this coin for grading would be a waste of money.

    I agree with @rickmp your coin has been damage PMD (Post Mint Damage) wouldn't be considered full steps.IMO

    That is an excellent example picture of full steps. Compare it to yours.

    First it would have to be a mint state coin. (MS-60 to MS-70)
    I don't think yours is. And then, the steps have to be continuous with
    no broken areas. Which yours is not.
