I’m not a grader. Could this make MS 63? MS 64? I get by with a little help from my friends
And what about a sale price?

I don't know. I could be conservative but it appears to have too much luster breaks on the cheek for those grades.

Honestly my best guess from the pics would be AU58ish. But hard to tell what's rub.

Possibly MS62 if it is a true unc.

Who is the basement slabber? If it's NNC, best case would be 2-3 grades below what's marked.

    Oh, worse than NNC.

SGS is gone, they were busted by the FBI, IRS, and others for running a steal-it-to-order side business. Along side a coin shop and collectables business.

The photo suggests a 62 maybe 63....it is definitely not worth sending in. As far as value, it should be about the same as a generic raw Unc (maybe $5-$10 above that if someone really wanted an example of the basement holder).
