It is a hideously ugly AU details problem coin. Stay patient, you can find a much better 92-O than that one. And it is a quarter, not a half.
One one thousand...two one thousand...panics and ruins coin... My thoughts exactly on the dip. The details underneath the shmutz look nice.
My concern is that the obverse surfaces have a bigger problem than the terminal state toning. I wouldn't touch this coin with a ten foot pole.
If it was the 92 S, I might take the chance, but the O has many nicer in the same price range available without needing a Dip.
The auction price is too high anyway. What's the deal with sale prices on EBTH.com? They seem to sell coins at a very high price. Who are these bidders?
AU details, environmental damage. Hideously ugly. Hard pass. And, a dip won't fix that - those surfaces are irreparably damaged.
