Barber Quarter Album Toned?

I bought this Barber quarter on eBay yesterday and I believe it is the result of old album toning. Is that a correct assessment?

I suppose it could be.

I don't like the pictures. It has the "burnt" look of thermal-treated artificially-toned coins, but that may not be the case.

I purchased a coin from TECC once, and I was happy with my purchase.

This one could go either way. Just looks like bad lighting for the pic.

posssibe contamination from the old cardboard album. the tone is un- natural in appearance, but still a super nice coin.
