Barber fake or damaged?

    Looks like a lump of metal (lead?) that was squeezed against an actual Standing Liberty (not Barber) quarter. The eagle and lettering are incuse (going into the surface instead of standing above it), right?

    I agree. The lettering is also all backwards - a sure sign this is a pressed piece.
