i had nothing to do so i figured out how much a boxes of silver would total out to be. a box of 50 rolls of 90% silver halfs each would melt for $5,240 each. a box of 50 rolls of 40% silver halves would melt for $2,142 a box. a box of silver quarters would melt for $5,240 each (just as the 90% halves???) a box of silver dimes would melt for $2,620 a box and a box of silver war nickels would melt for $1,630 a box. total profits from boxes are 90% halves- $4,740, 40% halves $1,642, quarters-$4,740, dimes-$2370, and war nickels-$1530. thats heck of a profit just for having silver. something fun i thought of doing and goes to show you the value of silver!!
